As a lawyer turned therapist, I get how hard it can be to take a leap of faith when starting something new, what it’s like when you want to make real changes and break old patterns. Perhaps you use food to cope or feel like a workaholic. You feel stuck or stressed, or you’ve tried everything else. Anxiety, depression, weight, career, or relationship problems can leave us feeling drained or pull us away from purpose and fulfillment. Sometimes we need guidance in the self improvement process.
