Dr. Craghead’s clinical training includes a pre-doctoral internship at the Salisbury (NC) Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center, where he continued his work with trauma-informed treatment processes, and those experiencing the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. His post-doctoral residency was completed with a return to his graduate institution, where he worked in Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and their College of Dental Medicine.
